Wasted coin

Purchased Apple tree AirPod Pros in December. Boilerplate use at best, maybe 4 to 5 times a week for an hr or so each fourth dimension. Never dropped, never mishandled. Took them off charger this morning and zero. They are completely dead. No charge, no light, no connection. Nothing. It is non the charger. The case has completely stopped working no matter what I do.

Throughout my life, I've owned at least 10 apple products - and had simply terrible customer service experiences with Apple each fourth dimension. One time, they told me that my Macbook had h2o damage so they could not retrieve my data for me since it was "all rusted". This was BS because my friend was able to recover everything for me weeks subsequently. I've had other poor customer service experiences with them, but let'due south talk virtually the ane from today.

Apple tree had a recall / product defect with their Macbook pro where the keyboard double types letters. I was not even notified nearly this that I know of, and if I was in that location was definitely no 'deadline' mentioned. I simply found out through my friend.

In the by year, I visited apple shop multiple times to get this addressed, making appointments. Once, I even started a chat online and she helped me make the Genius Bar engagement. Each time, the Genius Bar was delayed to the point that I waited 30+ minutes at the Genius bar and and so had to go home or back to work. None of these visits were logged by Apple tree. Perchance because I never got to talk to a "genius" since they were all busy.

Today, I went to the Apple store, finally made it to the Genius specialist, and they said they tin't fix my keyboard because the 4 year warranty passed 2 months ago. They saw no logs of me coming to the apple tree shop to fix this, and said I have to contact support over the phone since they "don't have the power to make an exception". Phone specialist says they have to dorsum up the store specialists, and that they have no record of me trying to ready this before Feb 25. Phone specialist besides said the in shop specialist DO have the ability to make exceptions, and that the log shows "exception denied". So they managed to log this, but not the numerous times I talked to Apple? And they lied about not "having the potency to make this decision" lol.

Are you kidding me? Because of your incompetent product and incompetent service and incompetent logging system, I'k stuck with your defective Macbook with a keyboard that can't exercise its job. I swear I will never purchase another Apple tree product again, this is the absolute last straw.

For your information, I take an iPad, an Apple Watch, apple tree pen, Macbook Pro, iPhone - and I've had other iPads, iPhones, Macbooks in the past. This is how they treat their loyal customers.

I'grand a business customer, I'm bombarded by Apple advertising then I cannot buy the product I want. Business products tin can buy only some specific products, treated as Series B customers. They did not offer any good option to buy the production I want. Finally, I too have 1 year guarantee vs. 2 years consumer, for the aforementioned cost.

I honey apple products. I have iphone, ipad and macpro. i simply bought an apple tree lookout and that's where the problems and thwarting started. The beginning i i received didnt piece of work so they changed it no problem. The second one keeps unsyncing which is very abrasive. Chosen their tech support and spent 2 x 45mn with them to try to find the reason simply unsuccessfully. I therefore asked naturally for a replacement but they refused saying that the effect comes from the software, not the hardware…i reminded them that this is an expensive production and the least they shd do is to supersede the product. I don't care if this a hard/soft issue…thats an apple product under warranty and they shd change it if faulty. Very poor and arrogant customer service. Volition non buy apple again. I am very disappointed.


I do not like them.

I prefer Android to IOS. Apply has a lot of processes, especially when it comes to security, and I do non like them.


Never buying Apple again, ever

Apple has 68% one star ratings and so I expect they'll simply ignore this. Apple back up is terrible. They tell you how to remove an activation lock, you follow that process and they refuse information technology. They then cannot provide details for whom to serve court proceedings on when resolution fails.

This is merely ane instance. Previously they managed to brick an ipad during a software update. Their hardware, their software, known event, no resolution.

In their latest iMacs they decided it would be a great idea to make the screen and glass one unit. Cost of replacing a scrap now thousands instead of something reasonable.

They release pointless features while client intendance service declines beyond belief. Their reply for everything: buy a new Apple device.

I noticed I was tracking an airtag I had not connected to or aware of. In fact I have never endemic one earlier. I range client service but to go around and effectually in circles. Someone finally gave me an explanation but it took some time.....


Safari tabs gone, apple senior support then rude

All my safari session has been gone and replaced with safari session that I had 5 months ago. I reached out to apple support and they told me that this isnt the issue of safari but its googles fault and then i should contact them. I know it is incommunicable to contact google, so i asked him to show me how to gear up safari and then if this happens again, i can contact apple tree - and he hung up on me xDDD its ridiculous. its second time this happened to me very frustrating ....


Deleted photos

I got a new iPhone 13. I wanted to sell my iPhone xi only I noticed it still had my photos on it then I deleted them all checking that they weren't deleted on my new phone and they wasn't. When I was well-nigh to reset my onetime phone a notification came up asking me to sign out of my Apple ID. Once I done that it deleted all my photos on my new phone. I contacted Apple support via iMessage and my photos were restored subsequently a few messages back and along. Angelica took care of me and was absolutely brilliant. Well washed Apple tree. Fantastic service


Apple is HORRID - DONT BUY Nether Whatsoever CIRCUMSTANCE

Apple is, by far, the WORST visitor I've ever dealt with.
I bought an Ipad to try it out. Information technology's so irritating because it'southward constantly telling me to buy icloud space considering I'g out (without ever actually using it mind you).
Next, I go to let my wife use it. But I can't turn off the fingerprint lock garbage. I try calculation her every bit a family fellow member sharing. Information technology makes her get get an apple id using a credit card and everything just to not permit her join because the process is and so convoluted that it literally brakes. It sends her an electronic mail invite that can only be opened on an apple device, and Just using their proprietary e-mail app. And so, it pops up and asks to click on the invitation - but there aren't any. Then we both but wasted 30 minutes, my wife had to get an apple id and bound through all these hoops just to not have their stupid family unit sharing garbage work. Why lock a device I purchased. It is MY Holding after I buy it. Apple acts similar their tech is their property after they sell it to you lot at over inflated prices.
So, I get on the line with support. And they cut the telephone call then inquire me to fill out a survey about whether I'll recommend them or non. Keep in mind this is over an hour of my time but to attempt to let my wife use a device that costs usa $500. WT to the F apple tree! Terminal device I always buy from you lot crooks!

I received the Wrong KEYBOARD FOR MY NEW Withal TO Arrive IPAD GENERATION 5. All I wanted was a return label to impress out. WELL. One person didn't care. One said I couldn't and had to re purchase ane, and one said " How exercise you know its the incorrect one?" I said because I'm looking at YOUR Lodge CONFIRMATION AND ITS THE Wrong Ane !!!!!!!! I believe they just pass you lot from i dept to the other and hope you lot hang upwardly, honestly. This is just total nonsense. Store in my mall hither so I go there for any products in the future.

Now, its Ane 24-hour interval later. Hither is a express mirth. I just got told by Visa that Apple tree put 2 key boards worth over $400+ is on my visa at present. WTH is going on with this stupid stupid company

Ane of the worst customer service on the web. Bought a iphone on their website. On arrival, the iphone was lacking. At that place's no style to get it fixed online. I have to go to the store. They suggested my to purchase another iphone and return the defective one to get refund. Very bad service.
